Hi, I’m Tori!
A Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor located in Raleigh, North Carolina.
I’m a former dancer who’s been teaching movement for over the last 10 years. Whether it’s in the gym or online, in the Pilates studio or on the dance floor, I find the most joy training in private and small group settings. The individualized attention gives me the chance to create a safe and effective exercise program that meets you where you are and leads you towards your goals.
